The building at 25 Pawła Włodkowica St. was erected in the 18th century and is part of the historical buildings of the former Jewish district in Wrocław. In 1744, one of the first Jewish care institutions in the city began its operations here, related to charity and support for the local community.
The tenement house also witnessed turbulent events in European history. During the siege of Wrocław by Napoleonic troops at the beginning of the 19th century, the building came under artillery fire. The traces of these events are the cannonballs preserved in the facade, an extraordinary testimony to the past that still reminds us of the former fate of this place.

After a thorough revitalization, the tenement house regained its former glory, maintaining its historical character while offering guests modern conditions of stay. As part of the work, the facade was renovated, the interiors were comprehensively modernized, and the building was adapted to contemporary needs, creating a comfortable apartment space.
